A while back, we changed multi-line text fields on the project details so that they are smaller when they contain no information. This was done in order to save space for the other fields that have information in them. Now we do the same thing for the issue detail. Empty multi-line text fields, including the description will be small and even with content we collapse the field to 5 lines. Clicking on the text in the field will expand it.
