    Boards Module - Permission Levels

    General

    By default, all boards in Avima have custom permissions disabled. This means that all members with workspace setting “read” on the project automatically has Update permission on the board.

    To restrict or manage permissions, an administrator must enable custom permissions for the board. Once enabled, the administrator can assign each group one of three levels, “No Access”, “Read” or “Update”.

    • The group cannot access the board at all
    • The board does not appear in their interface or menus

    This permission level includes;

    • View tasks in the Timeline module (linked to the board)
    • Comment on tasks and use @mentions for groups/individuals
