Efficient management of questions/answers in visual boards. Link to images and documents and provide feedback in a traceable comment thread.

Share tender documents

Once the tender documents are reviewed and finalized, a special folder is created to share documents externally and traceably with suppliers.

Communication

We believe in communicating where you have your information sharing. Email and phone calls can be minimized when the project site supports open and targeted communication.

Q&A

What features does Avima have?

Avima's solution supports the key processes in construction and civil engineering projects. In addition to world-class document management with built-in drawing and model viewers, it also handles Question/Answer, Deviations, Checklists, and all other information management in projects. Naturally, communication with the project team is also included.

Do you offer migration of ongoing projects?

We at Avima can assist in migrating your ongoing and completed projects to Avima. Avima supports the import of documents including metadata and users. We also have an open API for smoother uploading of large deliveries.

Can I have multiple projects running simultaneously in Avima?

There are no limitations on how many projects can be run simultaneously in Avima. Nor are there any restrictions on the number of participants or document volumes that can be managed. The solution provides overview views showing schedules for multiple projects and documentation for all projects.

How do the permissions work?

In projects, we use permission roles to share information in the right and secure manner. There is also the option to use overarching permission roles, for example, to determine which groups are allowed to create new projects.

How can I keep track of what changes/occurs?

The solution offers several different ways to notify about new events and updates in projects. Some are sent automatically by the system, while others, such as notifications or messages, can be set up by users themselves.

Is it easy to get all users to log into the system and use it?

Yes, Avima is known for being very user-friendly, and since document management, for example, resembles File Explorer in many ways, it's easy for everyone to understand and use.

How does your file management work?

The system handles all file types, and our viewers support all common file formats for drawings and models. We also integrate with Office365 and can offer simultaneous editing through Office Online.

Which project model do you follow?

Template projects in Avima can be customized to support different project models. Customer document templates can be uploaded to the template library to be used according to project methodology.
