Comments in the document panel

Webforum is a tool for structured collaboration. One way of keeping the conversation around a document structured is to keep it in the comments for the documents rather than in an email. In this release we make the comments more visible by adding them in the document panel. In future versions you can expect to be able to use mentions with @ to notify other members or groups about your comment.
