Stay compliant and permanently delete unnecessary personal data
The issue lists in Webforum can contain all types of different data. Some of our customers have lists that contain personal data that falls under GDPR and that needs to be periodically deleted.
When an issue is deleted it is hidden from the list but the data is kept intact and can be viewed again by an administrator.
We now introduce an extra step for administrators and users with full permission to the list. In this new step, when you view deleted issues, they can be selected and deleted again. When you delete a deleted issue, the data will be permanently erased from our servers and can no longer be restored.
