Don't delete the wrong document from issues
Easier to see which documents are really links to Webforum and which are uploaded to the issue only.
Sorting project documents under a separate node makes it easier to see which documentation belongs to which project when you work in the document overview
In the next few weeks, we are making project document folders easier to see and better structured in the workspace level documents. This is where you can see all the documents that you have access to in a workspace reached through 
. We clarify the structure by moving project folders to a new “projects” root node. On workspaces that use project statuses, we will also create status nodes so that it is super easy to see if the project is ongoing or archived. This means that users that are used to only navigating to documents through the workspace level documents may need to open the project node to navigate to the project folder. Links will continue to work the same way as always and if you go through the projects to reach documents you will notice no difference. This is what it could look like after the move - first you find the shared folders and below them a project node with all the folders that belong to projects sorted under each project's status:
