The plan is one of the most important communications tools for any project. Make sure you understand when and by how any changes have been made.
A favourite plan quote is attributed to Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and goes “A goal without a plan is just a wish”. Whichever way we look at it the plan represents the way from here to the goal. It is also a commitment that has usually been signed off by a number of stakeholders. Therefore, it is important to understand when and why changes happens to the plan. With the November release we introduce a log of when the plan has been changed and by whom. The log opens when you click on the “change log” button on the toolbar.
