To create a new project is the easiest thing.
Create a board for each team or process in your project
Using task boards makes it easy to see what is planned and who is currently working on what. They represent individual work flows in a project. In our project, for instance, we have a board for design tasks and one for general tasks. The main reason is that the design tasks generally have a slower pulse and fewer people involved with many review cycles whereas general tasks tend to move quicker. If you have more than one team of people working In the project it can be useful that each team have their own board. Create new boards by clicking on the arrow next to the board name and then "Add". 
Only administrators can create new boards.
