Procurement made easy with secure sharing of the procurement folder in a document set
The procurement process is key to a successful project. Getting the right contractors at the right price can make the budget and ensure smooth execution. Therefore our customers spend a lot of time preparing the procurement documentation before sharing it in a document set with potential bidders. This documentation can be extensive and we have heard that a flat list often does not do the trick. We therefore introduce the possibility to create a document set straight from a folder. This will let you share the folder and all it’s subfolders in a single document set.
Below you can see what the shared document set looks like for registered bidders. Registrants to the document set can see the structure and download all documents or individual folders.
