Use your own statuses to visualise the work flow on the board
In most projects, one of the project manager's toughest jobs is answering the simple questions: How's it going? Where are we with X? Who's got the ball on Y?
Webforum's task boards help project members understand and visualise how the project is progressing. You can see what status ongoing questions have, who is in charge, and whether there's a bottleneck somewhere.
With the April release we give administrators the possibility to map our their own workflow on the boards. Just go to the Task module in your project, select the board you wish to modify and click on Edit statuses on the more menu. 
This opens a panel where you can add, edit and delete status columns on the board. Each status represents work that is either not started, ongoing, or finished. You can have between 3 and 8 status columns on the board.
